Roaring Rocks began with a simple dream: create a place where family, agriculture, and conservation come together.

Today, that vision centers around building an exceptional Highland cattle breeding program while restoring the land through regenerative farming practices that improve soil health, biodiversity, and long-term sustainability.

Although our long-term vision includes educational experiences and agritourism, our current focus is exactly where it belongs—raising outstanding Highland cattle and continually improving the land they call home.

Originating in the rugged Highlands and Western Isles of Scotland, this ancient heritage breed evolved over centuries to thrive on sparse forage, withstand extreme weather, and produce healthy calves with minimal intervention. Those same qualities make them uniquely suited for today's movement toward sustainable and regenerative agriculture.
